Q:   If my computer already has Bluetooth, is it still necessary to install eMooove’s Bluetooth device?
A:   Yes.

Q:   When my Bluetooth is fully installed, do I still need to search for devices?
A:   No. The eMooove motion-sensing controller will automatically search for devices each time you enter a game. Simply follow the instructions on the game menu to operate.

Q:   Do I need to install the Dongle to enjoy the Bluetooth device?
A:   You need to install the Dongle on the first connection. However, there is no need to reinstall the Dongle on subsequent usage.

Q:   Why am I unable to detect the eMooove motion-sensing controller even after I enter into the game setting?
A:   Check whether
1) The Bluetooth connection is normal
2) The batteries in the eMooove motion-sensing controller are inserted properly

Q:   Why is there no reaction when I press the buttons on the eMooove motion-sensing controller?
A:   Check if the following items are ready: 
1.There are batteries in the motion-sensing controller. 
2.Your PC is started up successfully. 
3.The Bluetooth is connected. 
4.The motion-sensing controller is at a proper distance from the PC and the monitor. 
5.There is a connection between the motion-sensing controller and the PC. Press the “Sync” button in the battery case or press the “X” and “Y” button together to connect the motion-sensing controller. The 4 LED lights at the bottom of the motion-sensing controller will start flashing to indicate that the motion-sensing controller is connected.

A:   eMooove incorporates motion-sensing into games, allowing you to move about when playing. Its leisure sports games let you exercise while preventing your muscles from overstraining.

Q:   Why does the video on the monitor stands still, as if there is no reaction, from time to time?
